This tutorial was created using PSP 9, but should work in most versions. A working knowledge of PSP is assumed.

Foto Frame

Plug In Kang2 HERE
EyeCandy - gradient glow
Font used is Flaresarif 821 AT
(optional)
Animation Shop
Star animation

NOTE: This tutorial is written for the tube and supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to make some adjustments.

Let's Begin

In PSP, open a new image 600 x 200. Flood fill with this gradient color, foreground is a08971 and background is a08971. Click foreground gradient tab. Settings are Style = Sunburst. Repeats = 0. H & V = 50.

...

Apply Foto Frame with these settings. Width = 12. Brightness = 16. Opacity = 100. All other settings = 0.

Image - Add boarder. Color = Black. Check Symmetric box. Size = 2. Add a second boarder. Color = White. Size = 4. Add one more boarder, back to Black and Size = 2.

With your magic wand, click the white frame to make active. Flood fill with a black gradient. Foreground is 000000 and Background is 808080. Foreground gradient tab. Style = Linear. Angle = 45. Repeats = 5. Selections - Select none.

...

Using your rectangle selection tool, carefully trace just inside the thin black outline of the top frame.
Effects - Plug Ins - Kang2 - vision of Ezekiel. Settings: Pattern = 95. Master wheel = 37. Cutting wheel = 9. Keep selection active.

Before pasting your tube, you may need to resize. I used the close up image and sized down to 90%. Paste as a new layer onto your tag. Position just slightly off center to the right. See my tag. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity - 70. Blur = 10. Color is black. Selections - Select None.
In palette layers, right click the tube layer and duplicate. On the duplicate, add a gaussian blur set at 4. Change the blend mode to soft light, and reduce opacity to 70. Right click any layer and merge visible.

Image - Resize. Size 600 x 210 pixels.  Make sure Lock aspect ratio and re-size all layers has a check.

...

Add any embellishments. I only added a small bead to match the one on the tube's nose. Duplicate it and re-sized. Place at the corners.
...

Add correct copyright info and your name.

For the name I used the font Flaresarif size 36. Color is a gray gradient. Add noise set to 10. Then apply a black gradient glow. Drop Shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 80. Blur = 6. Color is black.

Star Animation.

Open the star ani. in animation shop.
Paste your completed tag in animation shop as a new animation. You will notice there are 6 frames for the star ani. Right click your tag and duplicate until you have six frames. Click on the stars and type Ctrl a   Ctrl c. Click your tag and type Ctrl a  Ctrl e. Position the star line to the left side of your tag. See my tag. Repeat this and place second star line on the right side of tag.
Save as a mng file for future use.

To add the name, paste name image in animation shop as a new animation. Either from your tool bar, or the edit tab, locate and click propagate paste. Click on the name image and type Ctrl a   Ctrl c. Click your tag and type Ctrl a  Ctrl e. Position the name  to the left side of your tag. See my tag.
Save as a gif file.

For the avatar I opened a new image in psp size 150 x 150. Then basically followed the same steps I used for the main tag. I left off the outer frame, beads and star animation. I used the smaller tube and resized it down by about 50%. I didn't do the blend mode either. The effect doesn't always show up as nice with the smaller avatar.
