NOTE: This tutorial is written for the supplies I used. If you are using something different, you may need to adjust some settings.
*IPL = In Palette Layers
Let's Begin
Open template 141 in PSP. Duplicate and then delete the original. IPL delete the info layer and the shadow layers. (you can keep the shadow layers if you prefer, however I deleted mine.)
Click the white background layer. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with this color, 688ca1, or a med color from your tube. Apply the mask219. Layers - Merge - Merge group.
Use your Raster Deform tool to pull the sides of the mask out just a bit. (if you're not familar with this tool it looks like nine dots in a square. see below.)
Reduce the mask's opacity to 60%.
Ok, now we are going to get creative. lol We are going to make the background for the large circle.
You can, of course skip this part and just use a color or any background paper you may have. But you'll miss out on the fun. lol
Have your tube open in psp. Use the rectangle selection tool and trace out a selection of your tube. See example. Go to Edit and copy.
Open a new image size 600 x 600 and paste the rectangle image as a new layer. I then flipped mine. Duplicate. Mirror the duplicate then place it side by side with the original. IPL, right click and merge down.
Hopefully you have the plug ins installed. Go to Effects - PlugIns - MuRa's Meister - Copies. See settings below.
Right click and copy your circle image.
Back to your tag. Click on the circle layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Paste your image as a new layer. Center it. Selections - Invert. Delete. Selections - Select None. IPL, delete the original circle layer.
Click the black circle background. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. Fill with black. Selections - Select none. If you deleted the shadow layer, add a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black.
Make a gradient color. Use the same color you used for the mask layer, 688ca1 for the foreground and a lighter shade of the same color, 688ca1, for background.
In the foreground color palette, click the gradient tab. Make the style = Linear. Angle = 0. Repeats = 1.
Click the rectangle layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with your gradient color. Selections - Select None. IPL, delete the original rectangle layer.
Effects - Plug Ins - VM Extraganza - Vasarely. See Settings below. You may need to re-adjust these settings. I noticed that they seem to change the effect each time I use it, even though the setting stays the same.
Effects - Texture - Blinds. See settings below.
Click on the rectangle background. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand - by 1. Fill with black. Selections - Select none. If you deleted the shadow layer, add a drop shadow. H & V = 2. Opacity = 75. Blur = 6. Color is black.

Click the frame layer. If you deleted the shadow layer add a drop shadow. Same as last used.
Paste your tube as a new layer. Resize, depending on your tube. I resized mine down to 60%. I also mirrored my tube. My tube came with the bottom and side edges straight, so I simply placed them along the edge of my frame. If your tube is different, you may need to clip the bottom. Add the same drop shadow last used.
Click the heart shape. Effects - PlugIns - EyeCandy4 - Glass. Settings: See below.
If you deleted the shadow layer, add the same drop shadow we've been using.
Click on the Love background. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Modify - Expand = by 1. Fill with white. Selections - Select none. If you deleted the shadow layer, add the same drop shadow we've been using.
Click the 'Is the only true magic'. IPL right click and duplicate and merge down with the original.
Click the Love layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Fill with the same bg paper used for the frame fill. Selections - Select None. IPL delete the original Love layer. Right click the new Love layer and duplicate. On the duplicate, change the blend mode to soft light.
Click the Love outline. Add this drop shadow. H & V = 0. Opacity = 100. Blur = 4. Color is black.
Open a new image and flood fill with this color, 7987a7. Right click and copy.
On your tag, click the star layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer. Paste into selection the purple color. Selections - Select None. IPL, right click the purple star and duplicate. Now delete the original star layer. Click the original purple star layer and add this drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 100. Blur = 2. Color is black.
If you are not going to animate the stars, then Layers - Merge - Merge all visible. Add proper credits and your name. Save to file.

Right click tag and copy merged.
Paste in animation shop as a new animation.
In psp, Edit - Undo - Select none - Undo - Noise. Go back to Noise and change setting to 85. Selections - Select None. Right click and copy merged.

In psp, Edit - Undo - Select none - Undo - Noise. Go back to Noise and change setting to 100. Selections - Select None. Right click and copy merged.
In animation shop, right click the tag there and paste after currant frame.
Go to View - animation. If you like your results then save as a mng file for future use.
To add the name go to psp. I used the font Freehand 591 BT size 40. Stroke width = 0.50. Foreground and Background color is black. Add a white gradient glow and the same drop shadow we've been using. Copy, and paste in animation shop as a new animation.
Go to Edit, or look on your tool bar for Propagate paste and click. Now click on your name and type Ctrl a Ctrl c . Click on your tag and type Ctrl a Ctrl e. Position your name inside the heart shape. Save as a gif file.
